Chalatat Beach, Songkhla



February 5 (Sunday)

  • Evening walk on the Chalatat beach

    There is no special agenda today, Ajarn Narong cancel our schedule  to go to Hat Yai city because he has classes from morning to afternoon. But we will reorder our vacation schedules in the fourth weekend, last weekend.

    Ajarn narong is very good, he meet us at Parichat dorm to discuss our schedule to Hat Yai tomorrow. And the decision we take is to go to Hat Yai tomorrow afternoon and we will walk to the beach this evening with Ajarn Narong. The beach which we will go is the Chalatat Beach. We've never been to it, it will surely be fun.

    Before arriving at the beach, we decided to get off at the roadside market to buy some food to eat while on the beach later and walk to the beach. Songkhla city streets getting crowded afternoon around the beach on Sundays, there's an awful lot of food from snacks to a heavy meal.

    After all have finished buying stock, we walk to the beach. Quite a distance to walk to the beach, approximately 1.5 kilometres from the market. As we walk, sunset on the beach not overtaken but disappointment to miss the sunset alleviated by the afternoon sky so beautiful along the way.

    We spent the food that we buy in the market while enjoying the surf at the Chalatat seaside. Afterwards we a night down the city of Songkhla. We stopped into a couple of places ranging from top brass statue of Songkhla, temple, to the Red Mill Hub Ho Hin who some time ago we visit with mom Tatik.

     





    After tired walking, we want to go home, we are tired Ajarn Narong. Finally we went home use Tuk Tuk and delivered by Ajarn Narong to the dormitories. Thanks, Ajarn.

One day in HAT YAI February 6 (Mon day ) OTOP (One Tambon One Product) Central Festival Mall Municipal Par k W e headed off to Hat Yai city using public transport. With average cost 30 THB we get to Hat Yai city for 4 5 minutes driving a van. Ajarn Narong was waiting with his car and we go to the Convention H all to see the OTOP. There was sold a wide range of products from clothes to food --the food is the best product of each region--. We're not shopping, just have a look around and then order a bowl of noodles processed kosher to eat. From central festival, we could see some tall building in the neighborhood of the town center of Hat Yai. Day 30 - SEATEACHER

Hallo Jakarta! February 13 ( Mon day ) In the morning we wait since last night, spend the night at the airport benches not comfortable but safe as long as manning took turns keeping stuff. Very cool, not wind the night but air conditioner that is getting increasingly cold nights. Meet Anna before flight We flight by airasia towards Jakarta, the trip takes about 4 hours and we arrived at the Soekarno-Hatta Airport at around 3.00 pm and after all our accumulated items instantly rushed to terminal 1 from terminal 2. It takes about 30 minutes to Board buses to reach the terminal 1, we still rushed even though flights to Banjarmasin are still long. According to the schedule, we headed to Banjarmasin is 7.20 pm but unfortunately upon arrival at terminal 1 to check in our aircraft even missed the plane. Day 6 - SEATEACHER

Orchestra Concert! January 20 (Friday) Class Observation Ajarn Putichat's Class Orchestra Concert at Prince of Songkhla University This morning the rain was very heavy, but we are still starting the activity with breakfast in the canteen near the school. Today there is only one class in the first period along Teacher Pitchet. And the rest of the time these days we spent with doing interviews on Teacher Arm to fill School's General Information. After school, we went to the Faculty of Education to attend college in Ajarn Putichat's class for students of English in 4th year. In class, we introduced ourselves and then join to discuss domestic violence in our countries.
