Day 24 - SEATEACHER
Wat Wat What?
February 7 (Tuesday)
- No Schedule
- Wat Hua Pom Nai
Today we are supposed to go to school for a farewell,
but it's our intention to undo because it is no longer in the school schedule.
We fear it will disrupt the school, even though they may be quite happy if we
come. Nothing special today, it's just that we decided for its own streets to
find places such as temples or such to simply fill in spare time and take
pictures together.
We set off at around 3.00 am driving a tuk tuk. With 10 THB we stopped in front of a shrine which is quite large and majestic,
the name Wat Hua Pom Nai. It is located not far from Songkhla Rajabhat
University. We navigate on its own, without our buddy and native professors. We
went in and went a few buddha in the page to ask for permission, as
they are usually very friendly and allowed us to take pictures around the
shrine.

Afterwards we walk about 6 minutes and find the next
shrine. Not as majestic as the first temple, but the shrine has a building that
we could not sign in. In one of the large shrine there is a golden statue of
the buddha was sitting. Because it can not take pictures inside the temple, we
just take pictures on the page only. No less beautiful scenery in this temple
if compared to the previous temple for the Sun which begins down becomes the
attraction of our photo-taking corner.
After the photo session, we go home satisfied with tuk
tuk again. Nice if it can stay here. All the uniqueness of what I didn't find
in Indonesia and all I can find here made me feel welcome and feel that I need to explore
the entire corner of the city of Songkhla.
